Tijdens het schrijven van nummers voor haar nieuwe album werd Frazey Ford ( Be Good Tanyas) benaderd door film en documentaire maker Robert Gordon (o.a. Can’t Be Satisfied: The Life And Times Of
Muddy Waters) die bezig was met een documentaire over Memphis Soul, met de
focus op Al Green en producer Willie Mitchell. Gordon nodigde Frazey uit om op te komen nemen in de Royal Studios in Memphis nadat hij het nummer If You Gonna Go van het album Obidiah van Fraz ey had gehoord. Het resultaat is een verbluffende mix van Memphis Soul en breekbare folk en
